The Workshop has produced a number of useful guides about how to talk about environmental health issues in ways that connect with the public.  These guides cover air pollution, ‘Opening our streets’ up to more diverse transport users, and transport and climate.  The guides are based on research about effective communication strategies, and have involved ‘testing’ to establish which ideas New Zealanders find most compelling.  They contain lots of information that is useful when talking to journalists as well as the public about streets and health.  They also have a Creative Commons license, so you are free to reuse this content.
